 Who We Are
Investsum was started as a small company in January of 2005.
Investsum began as a single online investors portal providing
investor resources to the Southern Maryland community. The portal
provided its users with information delivered via news articles, Really Simple Syndication
(RSS) feeds, calendars, business resources, etc.In addition, to these resources Investsum offered forums to its users allowing them to interact with each other and share information on investment opportunities as well as conduct discussions of interest. As Investsum began to grow it expanded into the software development area.
Where We’re Going
The expansion into software development provided Investsum with the opportunity to offer software development services to its clients and begin development of its own software products to assist the individual and professional investors.
In the first quarter of 2006 Investsum is scheduled to bring to market a real estate property management application that will allow the individual and professional investors to manage their real estate properties from a single application. This application will provide investors a central source for storing, editing, and managing real estate data pertaining though not limited to mortgages, insurances, income, expense, properties, and much more.
